The Orchard has been transformed
over the past few years from being an overgrown wilderness
to a beautiful lawn embedded with Apple, Plum and Pear trees.
Within are benches where you can spend a few minutes taking
in the atmosphere and at the bottom a brook covered with wild
flowers. It still has a long way to go before it's finished.
In fact I'm sure it will never really be finished. With pruning
and replanting and even more mowing, should I decide to take
on the mission, it will last a lifetime and hopefully those
who follow will be as passionate.
